Family, criminal and probate lawyer, Scott D. Reiner, attended the South Texas College of Law and earned his law degree in May of 2014. While attending South Texas, Scott used his B.A. in English to focus on legal research and writing, which earned him a prestigious "CALI Award for Excellence." He completed a summer clerkship with Federal Magistrate Judge Mary Milloy after his first year in law school and worked at a national, qui tam litigation firm starting in his second year.
While many students would go on to work for law firms after law school, Scott embarked on a different path. After passing the bar in November 2014, Scott gained experience by working with a firm, but also started the Law Office of Scott D. Reiner, PLLC in Houston, TX. In fact, Scott first-chaired a civil jury trial to verdict in his first year and has continued zealously advocating for clients in all stages of the legal process.
In his little spare time, Scott enjoys playing golf, watching sports and hanging out with his fiancé Amy and their dog Nellie.
